Left 4 Dead is a game about you and three other people invading a city, or area, trying to escape to another point. You are the aggressors trying to enter THEIR area and force your will onto the zombies via your various weapons. Instead of trying to get the “unobtaniu”, you are trying to get the “get to the safe room”.
The survivors are like the military; trying to force their will upon the “natives” that were there before them, with a shot gun/assault rifle. Entering the zombie’s land, and enforcing their will of survival upon the zombies that have been living there. The people who are obviously more powerful and capable are enforcing their will upon people who have lived there for a while.
The zombies are like the other people in avatar. I haven’t seen ALL of the movie, but I know they are blue and weaker, and don’t have guns, kind of like the zombies. The zombies have been there for a while, and I bet lived there before they were zombies, so they have a right to live there however they want.
Then we have the people in the VS mode, who switch back and forth from being zombies and survivors, which means they are like the people in the movie who can control people who are the natives.
